Privacy policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
This policy explains how ProxBundle handles information when you create an account, buy a data bundle, fund your wallet, use referrals, or contact support. We use personal information to provide and protect these services, process transactions, and respond to you.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, password credentials, and any referral code used when registering.
- Orders and payments: bundle network, recipient phone number, package, price, status, payment reference, wallet balance and transaction history, and related support or refund details.
- Support messages: the subject, category, and message you send, along with replies from our team.
- Service and security information: session and request information needed to keep you signed in, prevent misuse, and operate the website.
How we use information
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in.
- Send a bundle order to our data service provider and show you its status.
- Start and verify wallet payments through Paystack, maintain wallet records, and handle payment questions.
- Apply referral rewards, answer support requests, send service notifications, and protect the service from fraud or abuse.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
When information is shared
We share only information needed to provide the service with the providers involved in your request. This can include our data service provider for bundle delivery, Paystack for payment processing, and the hosting or email services used to operate the website and send notifications. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Payment details are handled by the payment provider. ProxBundle records payment references and statuses needed to reconcile wallet funding.
Security and retention
We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect account and transaction information. No internet service can promise absolute security. We keep information while it is needed to operate your account and services, resolve support or payment issues, protect the platform, or meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods can depend on the type of record and the circumstances.
Your choices and requests
You can update your account details from your profile. You can ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information by signing in and contacting support. Some information may need to be retained where applicable law permits or requires it, or while a transaction or dispute is being resolved. See our account deletion page for the steps.
Cookies and account security
The website uses session and security cookies needed for functions such as keeping you signed in and protecting forms. Keep your password private and contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page. To ask a privacy question or make a request, contact support after signing in.
